How to Play Pixel Flow

Observe the Path

First, look at the pixel path layout on screen. Identify starting and ending points that need connection. Check which paths are blocked and which are clear in Pixel Flow.

Plan Your Moves

Tap pixels to move them. Consider how each move affects future path connectivity. Handle easily disconnected paths first to avoid trapping pixels in Pixel Flow.

Match Colors

Make sure pixel colors match their target path colors. If colors don't match, find the right colored pixel to complete the connection in Pixel Flow.

Complete the Flow

When all pixels connect to their target paths forming a complete flow pattern, the Pixel Flow level is complete. Ensure no pixels are isolated or disconnected.

Pro Tips for This Pixel Flow Level

Start at the Edges

Corner and edge dots have fewer possible routes. Solve these first to reduce complexity in the center of this Pixel Flow level.

Find the Forced Moves

Some dots only have one possible path. Identify these "forced" connections first - they're guaranteed correct in Pixel Flow.

Watch for Bottlenecks

Narrow passages can only fit one path. Figure out which color needs that route before you block it in Pixel Flow.

Don't Overthink It

Sometimes the obvious path is the right one. If you've been stuck for a while, try the simplest solution first in this Pixel Flow level.

Pixel Flow Solution Guide

  1. 1

First, target the black/dark gray areas. The top background, sides, and bottom edges have numerous continuous dark gray and black blocks, making them the safest ammo consumption areas at the start of the game. Especially if you encounter 20/40 black pigs, prioritize using them as they are less likely to cause you to get stuck in the waiting slot.

  2. 2

Next, apply the dark purple. There are large patches of purple in the lower left, lower right, and both sides of the center; these are the second safe large color blocks. The goal is to open the lower left, right, center, and lower areas towards the crossbow mechanism.

  3. 3

Then, light purple/grayish purple. The two light purple areas on the left and right are quite large. After removing the black and purple areas, then attacking the light purple areas can consume a lot of ammunition at once, gradually revealing the central brown main body.

  4. 4

When you see the side "Key โ†’ Crossbow" unlock, prioritize completing the puzzles. In your image, there are four sets: top-left red crossbow, bottom-left blue crossbow, top-right purple crossbow, and bottom-right gray crossbow. Similar to Pixel Flow levels with crossbow puzzles, the correct strategy is usually to clear blockers first, letting the crossbow puzzles help clear the large number of pixels in the middle, rather than clearing all the central pixels yourself.

  5. 5

Once the puzzles start working, then go for the brown. The large brown blocks in the center look like a lot now, but they are interrupted by white, gray, and other details. After the surroundings are cleared by the crossbows and large color blocks, the brown will form into safer large targets.

  6. 6

Don't target white too early. White is one of the easiest colors to get stuck in slots in this level. White mainly consists of the corner/skeletal shapes on the top sides and the thin strip in the center. Although it "looks like a lot," it is divided into many segments. Using heavy ammunition on the white pig too early could likely leave you with 10 to 20 rounds back in the waiting slot.

  7. 7

Save the cream/yellow for after white. The light yellow areas on the top sides are somewhat fragmented, and there is only a small amount at the bottom. Wait until black, purple, light purple, and brown are cleared before handling it, and the targets will become much more concentrated.

  8. 8

Red and blue, especially, should not be selected randomly. The current main game board has almost no large areas of red or blue; they clearly appear to be the key colors related to the two mechanisms on the left. If a red/blue large-ammo pig appears early in the queue, it's better not to select it if possible; otherwise, it's very easy to end up with a wasted waiting slot.
